LABOR DAY PICNIC

Our Labor Day picnic was a wonderful day for Memorial Northwest residents and guests who came to the Community Center for fun, food and entertainment. Strack Farms served a barbecue lunch complete with apple cobbler to one-thousand and fifty-five (1055) and the snow-cones served numbered in the hundreds.

Thanks to Republic Waste for furnishing all the containers for the picnic trash.  Thanks to all the many volunteers who helped with distributing the tickets, taking the tickets for the foodline, to those serving the snow-cones, and to Heather Robbins for taking our photographs.   Thanks to the MNW Marlins Swim Team for erecting the tents for the food service. We could not have managed this without all of you.  We were entertained by the magic of Master Magician Philip Kampf (aka Mr. Phil)

A special thanks to Eleanor Naremore for coordinating the event and making it a great success.  We hope everyone enjoyed the day.
