The Memorial Northwest HOA Board
appointed a committee to manage the annual budget, policies and day-to-day
activities of the Community Center. The CCMC meets monthly (and more frequently via email as and
subcommittees) as required and provides guidance to the community center
manager, Anne Kidney, who provides on-site management.
The CCMC presents a monthly report
to the MNW HOA Board for review and input in the open session of the monthly
meeting.

There is also a separate Facilities Development
Committee, Co-chaired by Tim McWilliams and Rick Harris. This committee is
responsible for developing plans to upgrade the Community Center by remodeling
or replacing some of the facilities. Their recommendations will be presented to
the HOA Board and then to the membership for vote before any plans are
implemented.
