The Memorial Northwest Homeowners' Association (HOA) was established to promote the public interest of subdivision residents.  Association goals include the promotion of basic community services.  We also seek to enhance property values and to promote a high quality of life within the subdivision.

Our organization structure is designed to afford historical continuity, unity of effort and continuous incorporation of new ideas.  Accumulated achievements speak for themselves.

The Association is presently responsible for:

• Enforcement of Deed Restrictions and Architectural Control guidelines
• Security Service and Garbage Service Contracts
• Management of the Memorial Northwest Community Center
• Common area maintenance / Management Company contract  / Other services
• Publication of the MNW Newsletter, MNW Directory and MNW Web Site
• Welcome to New Residents / Community wide Events and Seasonal Decorations for Entrances
